Exness Kolla

Limassol

Housed within a listed building, the Exness Kolla offices presented a complex acoustic challenge. The exposed ceiling design above enclosed workspaces allowed airborne sound to travel freely between adjacent offices, reducing speech privacy and workplace comfort.

The 24 mm M-System Linear acoustic ceiling system was engineered to act as an architectural acoustic barrier while preserving the building’s historic character and open ceiling concept. By reducing sound transmission between neighbouring offices, the installation achieved up to 15 dB of sound insulation, significantly improving privacy, acoustic comfort and the overall working environment without the need for conventional suspended ceilings.
