The EOA Customer Service Centre selected the M-System Linear acoustic ceiling system and the Polysound Engrave Panels to improve both the architectural appearance and acoustic performance of its customer-facing spaces.
The installation features 12 mm PET acoustic baffles in Anthracite Grey with 40 mm spacing, creating a refined linear ceiling while delivering effective sound absorption and reverberation control. By improving speech clarityand reducing background noise, the system creates a more comfortable environment for visitors and staff, supporting everyday communication and customer service.
